Orthoplastix — Bilingual Clinical Website + CMS
Bilingual clinical website and content platform for an orthopaedic & hand-reconstruction practice in Dhaka. A complete build — public site, custom CMS, patient enquiry pipeline and deployment. No WordPress, no page builder: the practice edits every word of both languages through an admin built for them.
  • Full English/Bengali site: 1,140 translated strings with a review-and-publish workflow, so nothing half-translated reaches a patient.
  • Clinical content library: 103 conditions and 7 procedures, each with recovery timelines, risks and anaesthetic detail, cross-linked by body area and specialty.
  • Custom admin panel: the practice edits page wording, procedures, conditions, articles, the doctor's profile and translations — no developer needed.
  • Patient enquiry system: form → database → two designed HTML emails (practice notification and patient confirmation), both bilingual.
  • Original anatomical illustrations: generated, then colour-graded in Python to match the site's palette exactly.
  • SEO and accessibility: per-page meta, JSON-LD structured data, sitemap, semantic markup, keyboard navigation.

Fatimah Hospital — Bilingual Hospital Platform + Admin CMS
Full-stack bilingual (English/Bengali) website for a real hospital in Khulna, with online appointment booking and a hidden admin panel. FastAPI serves the built React bundle and handles SPA routing, so the whole app runs as a single Passenger app on cPanel shared hosting.
  • Public site (9 pages): Home, Doctors, Departments, Services, About, Contact, Appointment, Privacy, Terms — full English/Bengali with ~300 translation keys per language and a per-language font switch.
  • Appointment pipeline: booking is saved, then an HTML email goes out over SMTP and an SMS via the BulkSMS BD API to the hospital.
  • Admin panel (11 screens, non-guessable URL): dashboard with live stats and full CRUD for doctors, departments, services, appointments, testimonials, blogs, notices and hospital settings; notice popups with a themed Eid variant.
  • REST API: 38 endpoints across 9 routers with filtering, search, pagination and admin-only writes; JWT auth with an Axios interceptor that auto-attaches the token and logs out on 401.
  • Security hardening: rate limiting on login (5 per 15 min) and bookings (5 per IP per hour), security-headers middleware, strict CORS allowlist, API docs disabled in production, upload validation by extension, size cap and magic bytes.
  • SEO: Open Graph tags, Schema.org Hospital JSON-LD, sitemap.xml, robots.txt and canonical URL.

Insight Nexus — Corporate Website, Custom Motion Engine + Self-Hosted Contact Backend
Production marketing website for an IT & cloud solutions company in Bangladesh — front-end and motion design, a self-hosted PHP mail backend, deployment tooling and server hardening. Framework-free: ~6,300 lines of hand-written HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP with no build step.
  • Custom motion engine: scroll and parallax engine with page/view models composing into CSS transforms, cached layout measurement, Lenis smooth scroll (vendored, with native fallback), magnetic buttons, split-character reveals and a physics-based draggable marquee with momentum and flick.
  • "Obsidian" generative hero: Canvas 2D bloom lighting rendered in a fifth-resolution buffer (25× less fill), Matrix-style katakana rain from pre-stamped sprites, signal pulses along pre-flattened paths; separate dark/light palettes and Web Audio–synthesised UI sounds with a persisted mute.
  • Cinematic edition: a second scroll-driven 3D "one continuous shot" in Three.js + GSAP ScrollTrigger — the scrollbar drives a camera dolly through seven chapters with ACES tone mapping, custom soft-particle shaders and a seeded RNG for deterministic frames; CSS gradient fallback without WebGL.
  • Zero-dependency PHP mail backend: hand-written SMTP-over-SSL client on raw sockets (EHLO, AUTH LOGIN, MIME, base64); branded HTML notification + visitor confirmation; honeypot, field caps, CR/LF header-injection stripping, secrets outside the web root.
  • Deploy tooling & server work: Bash deploys of the committed git tree via git archive over SSH with server-side backups, dry run and rollback; a one-command commit-push-deploy script; diagnosed and fixed a two-tier nginx edge/origin misconfiguration with packet capture.
  • Performance & accessibility: capped device pixel ratio, full prefers-reduced-motion support, dark/light theme, responsive to 480px, logos cut from 6.8 MB to 151 KB, complete favicon set.

Nexus POS — Offline Desktop Point of Sale for Bangladeshi Shops
A fully offline desktop point-of-sale for small shops in Bangladesh. Installs like a normal Windows or Ubuntu program, opens one native window and works with no internet at all. Prints Bangla and English receipts on any 80mm thermal printer, produces the NBR Mushak 6.3 VAT challan, and keeps every sale in one SQLite file on the shop's own computer. A closed-source commercial product with a licensing system — built to be sold, not just demoed.
  • Bangla on printers with no Bangla font: receipts render as 1-bit bitmaps sent via ESC/POS raster. Wrote a custom text shaper on HarfBuzz + FreeType (avoiding LGPL libraqm in a closed-source product), validated pixel-for-pixel against Pillow's output, with shaping self-checks at build, startup and on the printed test page.
  • Exact money arithmetic: integer poisha and milli-units only, no floats. Bill discounts allocated across lines by largest-remainder so parts always sum; VAT computed the way NBR expects. The engine exists twice — Python as the authority, TypeScript for live cart updates — and the server recomputes on save.
  • Immutable, auditable invoices: no edit endpoint; corrections are voids with reason and user. VAT rate, pricing mode and shop identity are snapshotted onto every invoice so a reprint years later shows what was actually charged.
  • Hand-written ESC/POS driver: raster bands, feed, cut, cash-drawer pulse and CODE128 barcodes, verified on Epson and common Chinese clones; targets Windows spooler RAW, USB, network port 9100, file dump and a discard mode. A print failure never fails a sale.
  • Offline licensing: Ed25519-signed licences bound to hashed hardware signals with a tolerance rule, 14-day grace after expiry, check in two places, and an adversarial test suite (forged keys, edited keys, wrong machine, copied files).
  • Built for a shop PC that loses power: SQLite WAL with synchronous FULL, cart persisted to localStorage, VACUUM INTO backups during trading, invoice numbering safe under races, and additive self-healing schema upgrades so an update never depends on someone running a migration.
  • Real desktop packaging: one-folder PyInstaller build, Inno Setup installer that silently installs WebView2, a portable build, a Debian package, and a GitHub Actions Windows runner; a built-in self-test checks fonts, shaping, UI bundle, data folder and 576-dot receipt rendering.
